This event of the Opportunity Zones Meetup will feature a discussion of alternative and complementary types and sources of funding to Opportunity Zone investment. The discussion will include seed funding, grants, economic development assistance and other capital that may be necessary to launch a project and cover the cost of creating a new Opportunity Zone Fund. It will also explore new funding and fundraising approaches models such as real estate equity sharing and use of investment crowdfunding.
